Salesperson – Insulation Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess insulation needs
• Educate customers on spray foam, fiberglass, cellulose, crawlspace encapsulation, and fireproofing options
• Create customized insulation proposals using NEPI’s proven process
• Follow up with leads and manage project handoffs to operations team

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in construction, home services, or energy efficiency preferred
• Ability to manage time independently and travel within service area
• Knowledge of insulation or building science a plus (training provided)
• Please have a valid drivers license and the ability to work in the United States

Spray Foam Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial projects
• Prepare job sites by masking, sealing, and ensuring ventilation
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience with spray foam insulation preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
• Must be comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

General Laborer – Insulation Crew

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with insulation prep, cleanup, and installation support across job types
• Load and unload materials, set up equipment, and help maintain safe job sites
• Support spray foam and fiberglass crews with tasks like taping, sealing, and organizing
• Follow directions from crew leaders and learn multiple areas of the trade

Qualifications:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and work in a physical, hands-on environment
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather and indoor conditions
• Please have a valid drivers license and the ability to work in the United States
